Document Preparation and Privacy of Information

The data you provide when preparing a document on our website or at the authorised third party is kept strictly confidential. Please provide a acceptable email address that will not block our emails. To change your password, use the email address associated with your account. We do not provide passwords over the phone.


Advertising

We work with third-party ad networks, such as Auto Repair Software (ARI), Google and others that we may enter contract, to manage our advertising on other sites. These collaborators use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your interests to provide targeted advertising. You can opt-out of targeted ads through choosing within our collaborators policies. Note that deciding out will not stop you from receiving generic ads.


Third-Party Services

Our site uses the Auto Repair Software (ARI), Google Maps API, and Google's Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Privacy Policy. We may also use a website recording service to improve usability. This service may record how you use our site, such as mouse clicks and page scrolling, but it will not collect personal data. The information collected is used for aggregated and statistical reporting and is kept confidential.


Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar State and Territory legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for a breach of a non-excludable right and liability not otherwise excluded under these Terms of Use, is limited, at our sole discretion, to either the re-performance of the services or the payment of the price of having the services supplied again.

2. Customer Responsibilities

·        Ensure vehicles are parked in a safe, flat, and, if possible, covered area before the mechanic's arrival.

·        Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the scheduled service appointment. The company is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.


3. Mechanic Safety

·        Our mechanics will perform their duties with the utmost care and professionalism, adhering to all safety protocols to ensure their safety while working on your vehicle.

·        Customers must provide a safe working environment, free from hazards that could pose a risk to the mechanic's health and safety.


4. Weather-Related Delays

In the event of inclement weather that poses a safety risk to our mechanics, we reserve the right to halt services until conditions improve. Customers will be notified of any delays, and arrangements will be made to either complete the service when it is safe to do so or reschedule the appointment.


5. Liability Disclaimer

·        The company does not accept responsibility for any damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the service. Customers should secure their items prior to the mechanic’s arrival.

·        The company is not liable for any injuries that may occur due to unsafe conditions provided by the customer or the presence of personal items within the vehicle.


6. Indemnification

By engaging our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold the company and its employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the service provided, including but not limited to personal belongings left in the vehicle and issues related to unsafe working conditions.


7. Acknowledgment

By scheduling service with our company, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these legal standards and responsibilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both our mechanics and customers.

Our Booking and Servicing Procedure


1. Booking Confirmation

We understand that scheduling can be tricky, so we’ve made the booking process as straightforward as possible. After completing the five simple steps on our website, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment, giving you peace of mind.


2. Mechanic Details Notification

A few hours before your appointment, we will send you important information about the mechanic who will be taking care of your vehicle. You’ll receive their name and contact details, so you know exactly who to expect.


3. Vehicle Preparation

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you park your vehicle in a safe, flat, and, if possible, covered area before the mechanic arrives. This helps create a comfortable environment for your service.


4. Initial Inspection

When the mechanic arrives, they will perform a careful preliminary inspection of your vehicle. They will openly share their findings and discuss necessary repairs, prioritizing your safety and comfort.


5. Authorisation of Services

After the inspection, the mechanic will provide you with a clear and detailed quote for the recommended services. Your understanding and approval are important to us, ensuring that you are fully informed and comfortable with the next steps.


6. Service Completion

Once your vehicle is repaired, we will provide you with an invoice that outlines all the work completed, along with a list of any additional services we recommend for the future. We believe in keeping you informed at every stage.


7. Feedback and Follow-Up

Share the Cool Vibes Campaign (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions

  1. General Conditions
    • By participating in the Campaign, all parties involved agree to these terms and conditions.
    • Cyfrus Auto Tech (“we/us/our”) will decide on the eligibility criteria or any other matter related to the Campaign and the decision will be final and binding.
  2. Referrer Eligibility
    • The Campaign is destinated to reward a referrer only.
    • A referrer is a previous client that has already benefited of our services regardless of the date or amount spent (“Referrer”).
  3. Referee Eligibility
    • The Referrer must refer successful referees only.
    • A referee is a new client who has not yet engaged with us (“Referee”).
    • The referee must live in Queensland.
    • A successful referee is a referee that completes a successful purchase (“Successful Referee”).
    • A successful purchase is when we are paid for our services of $200 dollars or more at once (“Successful Purchase”).
  4. Referral Reward
    • The Referrer will receive a reward for each Successful Referee.
    • The reward is an online $20 gift card (“Reward”).
    • The Reward is compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay phone wallets to spend instore and online wherever prepaid Mastercard is accepted worldwide.
  5. Referral Process
    • The Referee must provide the full name, contact number and email address of the Referrer in the Referral Details box on our booking page.
    • It is the responsibility of the Referrer and the Referee to ensure that all necessary details are accurately included when booking our services for their first purchase.
    • We will not accept liability for any errors made by the Referee.
  6. Reward Distribution
    • Rewards will be sent by email to the Referrer’s email registered in our system within 15 business days of the Successful Purchase.
    • Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be reloaded, extended, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The Reward will only be activated by using the same email address and mobile number we sent to.
  7. Program Limitations
    • There is no limit to the number of Referees the Referrer can refer.
    • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • If the program is terminated, the Referrer will still receive the Reward for all Successful Referees that were booked during the validity of the Campaign.
  8. Liability Limitation
    • We are not liable for any loss, mistakes, errors or unauthorised transactions on your Reward.
    • The Reward will expire after 3 years of the date it was sent.
  9. Fraudulent Activity
    • Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, including self-referrals, will result in disqualification from the Campaign.
    • We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activity.
